Registration

Reservation forms should address the following:

  • Registrant and/or guest name and address or contact information (address, e-mail, phone, cell phone, fax, etc.)
  • College affiliation
  • Preferred name for name tag
  • Special dietary and physical needs and accommodations
  • Registration fees, deadlines and cancellation policies
  • Indication of attendance at each event , tour or activity (in order to obtain counts for meals and room set-ups)
  • If golfing, player preferences
  • Indication of hotel accommodations (in order to schedule transportation)
  • Payment information
  • Who to contact with questions or concerns

Registration materials might include:

  • Letter from host Board of Trustees
  • Preview of confirmed presenters, speakers and sessions
  • Conference schedule for participants
  • Conference schedule and tour options for spouses and guests
  • Preview of entertainment
  • Hotel accommodations
  • Location and times for registration
  • Suggested attire for the conference
  • Directions to and maps of the host community college and/or city

Attendee and guest packets might include:

  • Program booklet (includes message from host community college President/Chancellor and/or Board of Trustees, schedules of events for participants and spouses/guests, speaker/presenter biographies and photos, sponsor recognition, entertainment and activities, etc.)
  • Name tags
  • Host community college and/or city information
  • Community coupons and maps
  • Drink tickets, if applicable
  • IACCT information
  • Giveaway or gift items
  • List of attendees to the conference and their community college affiliation
  • Letter, postcard or flyer from the next year’s host community college
  • NOTE: extra packets should be prepared for individuals who may show-up on site to register for the conference.
